For three seasons we have created a wide range of visual effects for the show. From basic green screen comps and matte painting to more elaborate shots, such as a full CG chest replacement for a character with a double mastectomy, we support the narrative of this groundbreaking series.
CBS Digital was tasked with the remastering in HD of one of the most iconic series in television history, Star Trek: The Next Generation. Over the course of 3 years, we scanned all of the original negative film, re-conformed the episodes, and re-created all of the visual effects to match the original series.
